Richard Pountain

Director

Richard has extensive business experience having successfully managed multi-national teams in both large corporate organisations and small to mid-size standalone businesses. Having owned a care home in Bournemouth for 14 years, he understands how operational and regulatory issues work from the bottom to the top of an organisation.  Richard has an IT business background and is used to solving problems involving complex logistical and technical issues within different company cultures.
Leye Harper R.G.N.

Director

Leye is a trained nurse with 35 years experience in the care industry. Having successfully run two businesses in Dorset she understands how to integrate the delivery of high care standards with the implementation of a successful management structure. Leye also has experience working in the airline industry, understanding how to effectively maintain focus on customers whilst balancing the wider goals and objectives of the core business.
